Following an earlier career in banking and general IT recruitment, search and selection, Natalie founded and set up Lyall Associates in January 2002. With over 10 years in the business and holding professional accreditations from the IEC including recruitment law, interviewing and general practice, Natalie now leads the company in developing strong business relationships with a select number of clients across EMEA and the Asia Pacific region.
Kate joined Lyall Associates in November 2002 as a consultant to further her career in recruitment. Kate previously worked for various companies focusing on research and recruitment within the areas of Information Technology and was appointed director in 2004 in recognition of her personal dedication to the expansion of Lyall Associates. Kate is now responsible for a number of key clients on a global basis as well as Operations.
